ROPTS is a fundraising advisory and venture-connectivity firm, not an investor, and our governance
practices are built around that role. Before any organization is introduced to an angel investor, VC
firm, family office, corporate investor, CSR partner, grant provider, philanthropic organization, impact
investor, foundation, or government funding program, it goes through an Advisory Review that assesses
readiness against a consistent, sector-appropriate standard. That review exists to protect the time of
the organizations and the investors and partners we work with, and to make sure what reaches our network
has been genuinely considered, not simply forwarded.
